Clear guidelines for enjoying our tasting room, reserving tea rituals, and ordering custom blends.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Leaf & Ritual. These rules guide your visits to our atelier, your use of our website, and your purchases of our specialty teas. By using our services, you agree to these simple terms.

Our goal is to provide a calm and refined environment. We ask all guests to review these terms so that everyone can enjoy a serene experience.

2. Tasting Room Etiquette

The tasting room is designed for mindful focus and quiet enjoyment.

  • We kindly request that mobile phones remain on silent during your visit.
  • Please avoid wearing strong perfumes, as they interfere with the delicate aromas of the tea.
  • Photography is permitted for personal use, but please avoid disrupting other guests.

3. Custom Blends & Orders

Creating a custom blend requires dedicated time and specific ingredients. Once a custom formula is agreed upon and mixed, the order is final.

Because tea is a food product, we cannot accept returns on opened teas or finished custom blends for health and safety reasons. If you have specific allergies, you must inform us before the blending process begins.

4. Tea Rituals & Workshop Bookings

We limit the size of our tea rituals to ensure personal attention and a tranquil atmosphere.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled ritual begins.
  • Late arrivals may not be able to join the session once the pouring begins, to respect the focus of the group.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
